Room Request Guidelines

Please make room requests NO LATER THAN 2 business days in advance.
Priority scheduling will be given to Honors College faculty, staff, and Registered Student Organizations with Honors College faculty/staff mentors.

Classroom Availability

• Classroom availability is entirely dependent on each semester's class schedule.
• The Commons is available 4:00 to 7:00pm Mon-Thurs, and from 1:00 to 5:00pm Fri.
• The College closes at 7:00pm Mon-Thurs and 5:00pm Fri. Anything scheduled after these closing times will have to have an Honors College sponsor in attendance, so please have that person's name and email address in this request prior to booking.
• HONORS STAFF will request A/V support from Honors IT and additional chairs and tables for large Honors-sponsored events.
• Students requesting chairs will need to set them up themselves.
• The organizer takes responsibility for cleaning the space afterwards AND PACKING OUT ANY FOOD AND BEVERAGE LEFTOVERS.

You will receive an email from Events informing you of the request's status within 3 days of submission.
