Honors College Withdrawal Form

This form is for students who have already joined the Honors College.

Students who fill out this form before the first day of the semester will not be charged Honors College fees for that semester. If the form is submitted on or after the first day of classes, the student will still be charged Honors fees for that semester but not for any following semesters.

If you have NOT attended an Honors orientation and joined the Honors College, fill out THIS REPLY FORM instead.
